About.

A small registry of UI components built in public, kept honest by friction, and shipped on weekends. This is the unofficial story, told plainly.

Tent ui started the way most things on the internet start quietly, in a folder called srb-ui/, with no plans, no audience, and a stubborn belief that the tenth button copy-pasted that week deserved to be the last.

There are a lot of component libraries. Some are exhaustive, some are opinionated, most are owned. tent ui is neither exhaustive nor owned — it's a registry, the way a forester keeps a registry of trees. The components are not yours because you installed them; they are yours because you have the source on disk.

Everything here is built to be read, deleted, rewritten, and argued with. Nothing is hidden behind a runtime. If a piece of code does not survive a rainy Sunday of curiosity, it doesn't ship.
